Our Process

Step 1

Initial Meeting

1.jpg

After making a consultation appointment with one of our office associates, we will send out an Apollo Representative to your house. At this initial meeting, the Apollo Team member will take measurements, pictures, listen to your requests and make suggestions for your landscape improvement project. After getting a good idea of your expectations they will bring all information back to one of our designers at the office. You will be contacted by someone in our office within a few business days of your initial consultation to make an appointment for a plan and estimate review at the comfort of your own home.

Step 2

Design Consultation

Based on the information gathered from the initial meeting, our designers will develop a custom to scale plan with call outs and information to convey the finished concept. With this design will be presented an itemized estimate detailing what work is to be done and for how much. Once the plans are finalized and the contract signed, it's off to construction.

Step 3

First Day of Construction

3.jpg

On day one, a project Supervisor will arrive along with the demolition crew between 8:30 - 9:30 am. Our Project Supervisor will go over the plans with the crew, and will remain on site for about 30-60 minutes to also answer any questions you may have about your new project. After the Project Supervisor leaves your job site, the demolition and excavation crew will remain there to continue working the remainder of the day. While your Project Supervisor will remain one of your main contacts to answer any other questions via phone or email, an in-home visit can make it easy to communicate and express ideas face-to-face.

Step 4

The Following Days Of construction

Our in house crew will work to make your landscape dream a reality. For each step of the project, you will see a team that specializes in that specific part of the process (such as the demoliton and excavation team, the paver installation team, the synthetic turf installation team etc). Our crews work Monday- Friday, weather-permitting. While you may occassionally see a hold here and there in between steps of the project while the next specialized team arrives, we will keep you informed of these occassions so that you are aware of any changes. Every morning, we start with a team meeting at our office that involves our office staff, project coordinators, and installers on what is to be done for the day. This allows us to be kept aware of the status of every project, and ensure that our crews have all tools and materials that they need for the day. Your project supervisor will visit the job site as well 1-2 times a week. If changes need to be made to the original plans, no problem- we specialize in special requests.

Step 5

Final Walkthrough

5.jpg

After the last footing is poured and the final capstones are placed, we will schedule a final walkthrough with you to make sure the job is everything you dreamed it could be. At that time, your project supervisor will review the entire project with you, and if any items need to be corrected, will schedule a repair to be done as soon as possible. Once everything looks good, the final payment will be collected and you can get to enjoy that new yard, or driveway.

Step 6
